(pode ser com as frutas frescas se quiser)&lt;br /&gt;100 grs de fava&lt;br /&gt;Sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em uma panela misturar o vinho branco com 1/2 colher de mel e a geléia de frutas. Jogue uma pitada de sal e deixe cozinhar por 4 minutos no fogo médio, e deixar tapado até começar a ebulição. Acrescente uma colher de molho shoyo e mais uma colher de mel. Pode colocar 1 pitada de alecrim (eu nao coloquei). Molhe as tiras de pato nessa mistura, e as coloque em outra panela bem quente com um pouco de azeite, deixando 1 min e 30 em fogo médio. Vire as tiras na metade do tempo. Reserve as tiras e jogue nessa mesma panela as favas e a mistura com frutas. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pegue o arroz, lave, escorra, refogue no azeite e sal, e junte a lentilha. Coloque água para cozinhar. De preferência, deixar "descansar" 1 hora na geladeira antes de preparar. Misture bem, e se necessário junte mais leite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;Pode ser bolognesa, ou o que você estiver com vontade.&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pegue um frigideira com fundo anti-aderente, deixe esquentar e jogue uma concha (de servir sopa) da massa. Vá mexendo delicadamente até ela se espalhar e ficar redonda. de manteiga em banho &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;maria&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;Atenção&lt;/span&gt; que os chocolates hoje &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;estão&lt;/span&gt; com 170 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt;s.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bater ate ficar amarelo bem claro, quase branco 4 ovos com 200 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_17"&gt;açúcar&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misturar as duas massas. Continuar batendo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_18"&gt;aos poucos&lt;/span&gt; a a mistura acima 125 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_19"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt;s de farinha ....bater mais um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar uma &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_20"&gt;tablete&lt;/span&gt; de chocolate branco picado (ai pode ser 170 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_21"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt;s, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_22"&gt;não&lt;/span&gt; tem problema). Se preferir adicionar nozes picadas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cozinhar em forno &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_23"&gt;médio&lt;/span&gt; (+- 180 graus) por 12 a 15 minutos ou ate que a parte de cima esteja cozida e ao colocar um &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_24"&gt;palitinho&lt;/span&gt; ele saia molhado. Ou seja, por cima tem que estar uma casquinha mas por dentro tem que estar &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_25"&gt;úmido&lt;/span&gt;/molhado.  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;3 dentes de alho picados&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;6 Tomates cereja partido ao meio&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Vinho branco – ½ copo&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Azeite, Sal, Pimenta do Reino&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Coloque o macarrão para cozinhar. &lt;/p&gt; (se quiser, nesta hora pode também colocar ervilhas cozidas – ou cogumelos).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;quando os aspargos estiverem macios, mas ainda aldentes, adicione o creme de leite (sem cobrir os aspargos). um pouco depois, adicione o queijo ralado. mexa bem para que não empape.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;jogue o macarrão já pronto nesta frigideira com todos os ingredientes. coloque mais sal e pimenta a gosto. e... é só servir! Lógico que em Paris não tem queijo minas, mas eu substituí por um branco que deu certo tb.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;- Arroz 7 grãos&lt;br /&gt;- Agrião&lt;br /&gt;- Queijo Minas&lt;br /&gt;- Damasco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Molho:&lt;br /&gt;- Balsâmico&lt;br /&gt;- Azeite&lt;br /&gt;- Sal&lt;br /&gt;- Mel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cozinhe o arroz 7 grãos e deixe esfriar. Pique o agrião, corte o queijo minas em cubinhos e os damascos no meio. Misture tudo e coloque em potinhos pra desenformar no prato. Jogue o molho na hora de comer. Enquanto isso, aqueça o forno a 200ºC.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Em uma panela, misture a manteiga, a farinha, o sal, o leite e a pimenta do reino. Mexer até borbulhar. Misture o queijo parmesão (guarde um pouco).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Escorra a couve-flor, tire os galhos e espalhe em uma travessa refratária. Cubra a travessa com o molho, salpique o resto do parmesão e leve ao forno por aprox. 20 minutos, até ficar bem dourada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;Pronto!! Assim, se ficasse salgado demais ou sem tempero, o problema era só meu. Mas no jantar, o problema seria dos meus amigos. Coitados!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comecei a pesquisar sobre o que fazer. Como éramos 7 pessoas, achei que um tender seria o ideal, mas daí ia demorar e eu nunca tinha feito na vida. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Foi quando minha santa irmã me acudiu e sugeriu uma receita – camarão com queijo tipo feta feito no forno. Não tinha como errar, então foi isso! Todo mundo adorou. Outro dia indiquei para uma amiga que também ia fazer um jantar em casa e, segundo ela, também foi um sucesso.
